NVIDIA G70: Initial details
It's rumoured NVIDIA's next-generation G70 graphics processing unit is a dual-core chip with 32 pipelines. Previously codenamed the NV50, it's believed the processor taped out recently, and is now being evaluated. The G70 is made by NVIDIA's long time manufacturing partner TMSC using 90 nanometre process technology, and will be available later this year.
