Boutique PSU manufacturer PC Power & Cooling has been snapped up by OCZ Technology. Doug Dodson, the firm's founder and sole shareholder will receive $10 million upfront, including $6 million in cash, followed by a further contingent consideration of up to $3 million. Doug will stay on as a member of OCZ's senior management team.
