ATI Multi-VPU latest

ATI Crossfire, the new challenger to NVIDIA's popular SLI dual-graphics technology will be officially unveiled next week. Crossfire uses three modes of rendering, AFR (Alternate Frame Rendering), ATI's exclusive Super Tiling, and SLI style Split Screen Rendering. Unlike NVIDIA SLI which uses two identical cards, ATI Crossfire uses a master and a slave card which are connected externally by a dongle.
